Biography

My research interests lie at the intersection of physical optics and image/signal processing. Additionally, I try to identify the bottleneck problems in biomedical sciences, which can be solved with quickly evolving optical and computational techniques.

I did my first postdoc at SMART (MIT’s research enterprise), where I studied computational 3D fluorescence microscopy with Prof. Rajeev J Ram. I did my Ph.D. and Master’s degrees at IIT Kharagpur, India, where I studied lensless holographic microscopy with Prof. Pranab K Dutta.
